Our approach to the field of digital collaboration:

  1. Seek tranquility in chaos.
  2. With the wave of new work, agile development processes and increasing task complexity, teamwork has become indispensable (from the Digital Innovation book). The crucial thing is to organize and practice it properly.
  3. Hybrid working is based on effective communication. It is critical to success, but can also come with high risks. If communication is not managed well, it can lead to inadequate information flow, knowledge gaps, barriers to effective teamwork, and the exclusion of team members who are not in the office. Effective communication requires accountability on the part of everyone in a group. Departments/divisions/teams should discuss their priorities and establish clear expectations, including blocking time for targeted work and agreeing when physical presence in the office is and is not required.
  4. “Notification fatigue” is becoming increasingly common nowadays, especially during the current pandemic where social media and digital workspaces (like Slack) collide. Every app is now fighting for your attention with the prevailing strategy seemingly being “send our users MORE notifications”. No wonder users clear them without as much as a glance or just turning on Do Not Disturb for most of the day.

With the growing trend of remote work and flexible schedules, the need for organizing and streamlining work processes has become even more critical. The project aims to create a comprehensive and user-friendly solution that will help individuals and teams efficiently manage their tools and resources, regardless of where they are working from. By reducing the clutter and disorganization of the tool pile, workers will be able to focus on what really matters - getting their work done. The goal is to create a system that is flexible, accessible, and easy to use, so that everyone can benefit from a more organized and efficient work environment.
